Nutrition Talks for Schools
Helping children and teenagers build healthy habits for life
Nutrition plays an important role in children's growth, development, energy levels, concentration and overall wellbeing. Yet, with so much conflicting information about food and health, knowing how to eat well can feel confusing for young people and their families.
As a nutritional therapist and mum, I’m passionate about helping children and teenagers develop a positive, practical understanding of nutrition. I deliver engaging, age-appropriate talks and workshops that empower pupils with the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices about their health, both now and in the future.
Alongside my nutritional therapy training, I have undertaken further qualifications in paediatric nutrition with the Nutrition Medicine Institute (NMI), deepening my understanding of the nutritional needs of children as they grow and develop.
Whether you're looking to support pupil wellbeing, improve sports performance or engage parents in their children's nutrition, I can tailor sessions to your school community.
How I can support your school
From primary school through to sixth form, I deliver engaging nutrition talks and workshops tailored to pupils' ages, interests and learning needs.
Sessions can support PSHE, health and wellbeing initiatives, sports programmes, enrichment days and parent education evenings. Each session combines accessible nutrition science with practical takeaways pupils and families can use in everyday life.
Pupil talks and workshops - age-appropriate nutrition education.
Parent evenings - practical advice for supporting children's nutrition at home.
Open days and school events - engaging nutrition activities and talks to inspire pupils and families and bring your school’s health and wellbeing initiatives to life.
I do sessions virtually and in-person/hybrid across London and nearby counties.

My approach
Evidence-based and engaging. I translate nutrition science into clear, accessible information, helping pupils understand not just what to eat, but why it matters.
Practical and relevant. From breakfast before an exam to snacks before sports practice, pupils leave with realistic ideas they can use in everyday life.
Positive and inclusive. I promote a balanced, non-judgemental approach to food, avoiding diet culture, food shaming and unnecessary restriction. The aim is to build confidence and a healthy relationship with food.
Tailored to your school. Every school community is different. I adapt content, language and activities to suit the audience, age group and objectives of each session.
